RETURNS AND WITHDRAWAL TERMS
HOW CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT I BOUGHT?
If you decide to return a product you purchased from www.tigermang.gr, please inform us by email at eshop@coolmama.gr, so that we can inform you about the procedure to follow depending on whether you want to exchange it for a new product or proceed with a refund.
Product Returns and Withdrawals
The return, withdrawal and possible replacement of a product is accepted within 14 calendar days from the day of receipt and after telephone communication.
Product Replacements In case the customer wishes to replace a product, the shipping costs are entirely borne by them. Specifically: The shipment of the product from the customer to the company is at the customer's responsibility and expense. The customer has the right to choose any courier company they wish. The shipment of the new product from the company to the customer is carried out exclusively with ELTA Courier and the charge amounts to 5€, which is borne by the customer. The shipping address for replacements is the company's address, as listed on the website.
A prerequisite for return is that the product has not been used and is in the condition it was received.
Refunds are made within 10 days by deposit to the customer's bank account, after communication with them via email. In the case of withdrawal, the amount of money to be refunded to the customer will be reduced by 5€ (return costs).
In the case of returning a defective product or an error in the order, the customer is not charged with shipping costs, while in the case of a refund, the entire amount of the order is refunded.
Order cancellation - Right of withdrawal
You can cancel your order before it is shipped or return it after receipt within 14 calendar days, by sending an e-mail to eshop@coolmama.gr or by phone.
A prerequisite for return is that the product has not been used and is in the condition it was received.
WHAT DO I DO IF THE PRODUCT SHOWS A DEFECT?
If the product you purchased from our store shows a defect, then you should contact us by email at eshop@coolmama.gr or by phone, so that we can proceed with its replacement.
The above procedure applies only to products whose defect is clearly due to a factory problem, and not to the natural wear and tear resulting from daily use or to mishandling of the product by the customer (e.g. excessive weight in a bag).
In case the defect is of factory type and the 14 calendar days that allow you to withdraw have passed, then there is the possibility of replacing the product and not refunding your money. A refund is made only if the product is not immediately available.
