Credit / Debit / Prepaid Card – You can make your purchases in the online store www.tigermang.gr by charging a credit, debit or prepaid card. The card is charged after checking its validity, verifying its details and the availability of funds. If the transaction is rejected by the bank, then the purchase is not completed. Transactions made via cards are carried out in the secure encrypted environment of the bank and are protected by top-level online security systems which guarantee a secure transaction environment.
Cash on Delivery – Through this payment method, you must pay the corresponding value of the goods of your order upon receipt from the cooperating courier company. Cash on delivery is offered as a payment method only for deliveries of goods within Greece with an extra charge of 2 euros.
The payment method is selected before the completion of your order and it is not possible to change it after its completion.
Telephone orders are placed only with cash on delivery.
IRIS Online Payments (payment via QR code) By selecting IRIS, you can complete your payment instantly and securely, by scanning the QR code that appears upon completion of the order, through your bank's mobile banking application (e.g. National, Piraeus, Eurobank, Alpha Bank etc.). Payment is made without any commission and is automatically confirmed.
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS FOR MY ORDER?
Greece:
Shipments are made with ELTA courier and delivery time is 1 – 5 working days.
The home delivery cost is 5€, regardless of the volume and weight of the order.
For orders over 75€, shipping is FREE.
HOW CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT I BOUGHT?
If you decide to return a product you purchased from www.tigermang.gr, please inform us via email at eshop@coolmama.gr, so that we can inform you about the procedure we will follow depending on whether you want to exchange it for a new product or proceed with a refund.
Product Returns and Withdrawals
The return, withdrawal and possible replacement of a product is accepted within 14 calendar days from the day of receipt and after telephone contact. The costs in case of replacement are 7 €. They include the return and shipping costs of the new product, which you pay upon receipt to the courier.
The shipment must be made with the courier we will indicate to you, otherwise the customer will be charged with the resulting costs. A prerequisite for the return is that the product has not been used and is in the condition it was received.
Refunds are made within 10 days by deposit to the customer's bank account, after communication with them via email. In case of withdrawal, the amount of money to be returned to the customer will be reduced by 5€ (return costs).
In case of return of a defective product or an error in the order, the customer is not charged with transport costs, while in case of refund, the full amount of the order is returned.
Order Cancellation – Right of Withdrawal
You can cancel your order before it is shipped or return it after its receipt within 14 calendar days, by sending an e-mail to eshop@coolmama.gr or by phone.
A prerequisite for the return is that the product has not been used and is in the condition it was received.
WHAT DO I DO IF THE PRODUCT HAS A DEFECT?
If the product you purchased from our store shows a defect, then you should contact us via email at eshop@coolmama.gr or by phone, so that we can proceed with its replacement.
The above procedure applies only to products whose defect is clearly due to a manufacturing problem, and not to natural wear and tear resulting from daily use or improper handling of the product by the customer (e.g. excessive weight in a bag).
In case the defect is of a manufacturing type and the 14 calendar days that allow you to withdraw have passed, then there is the possibility of replacing the product and not returning your money. Refunds are made only if the product is not immediately available.
